If the delivery status of your package remains unclear, be sure to contact us straight away. When contacting customer service, you will be asked to provide the consignment number and, if possible, an accurate and detailed description of the goods and packaging.
We will then check with our distribution centres to find out if your shipment was perhaps addressed incorrectly or if its packaging got damaged or lost. If your package was not retained in one of our distribution centres, we will continue our search to find out where things went wrong. Please note that damaged goods are usually the result of inadequate packaging. A sturdy box with suitable dimensions is the prerequisite to getting your parcel delivered on time and in good condition.
Be sure to always use quality cardboard boxes and avoid reusing old boxes, as old cardboard has lost some of its firmness. If you missed a delivery, you will find a card in your mailbox from DHL or bpost, our partner that delivers parcels for us to customers in Belgium. DHL will automatically return the next working day.
If you missed a delivery, you'll find a bpost missed-delivery card in your mailbox. The card will inform you where you can collect your parcel. You have fourteen days to collect it. If you'd rather have your parcel delivered to you a second time, that's no problem. Select your new delivery time here.
